Hi everyone, I've just read the book "The Barbell Prescription". It's a great book written by a medical doctor. It has great information in there, but I'm still at a loss as to how to get started exercising again. I was advised that personal training might also be a great way to get started. I'm hoping someone who has a regular exercise routine could help me out with some advice. It would really help me out. Thanks everyone
