Anybody have Reynard's?

My mom had Reynard's Syndrome, and this past month I've noticed my fingers looking blue a few times, then last week one part of one finger was ghostly white. So now I guess I have Reynard's. I read on the internet that people with Reynard's should keep their hands and feet warm.
Does anyone here have Reynard's and what is your experience? I don't plan to be outside in cold weather more than 20 minutes at a time, and would be a waste of a 'hot-hands' warmer. The microwave little bean bags are too big to use in my gloves. A long long time ago I'd had a pair of gloves with batteries but I never used them because the battery pack was heavy and annoying.
Anyone have any ideas how to keep hands and feet warm for 20 minutes in bitterly cold winter weather? I have various kinds of fleece and furry-lined gloves, but they aren't keeping my fingers warm.

Hi there HoneyNut and Welcome to the forum. I also have Raynauds, while not serious it can be painful. What Marg said is true, keeping the fingers all together in mittens is better than gloves. And wear a thick pair of rubber gloves when defrosting the freezer.

Best also to avoid alcohol if you are going out in the cold. And Omega 3 is said to help, I get this from salmon and Omega 3 eggs.

Another with Raynauds. I’m unable to keep my hands or feet warm except in the heat of summer. Sitting around the house I use a bean heating bag.

As Aunt Marg said, mitts are much superior to gloves.

I have it, and in the winter totally agree with mittens vs gloves. But mine kicks off in the frozen food section of store or when it’s not necessarily cold-cold, like in the fall when you would look goofy wearing mittens.😂. So I deal with it, running hands under warm water helps. Making meatloaf, which my hubs adores, is painful for me. i tell him when I make it, that he’s gotta know I love him 😍. I have tried not mixing it by hand...too much work, and I’ve tried wearing disposable gloves...that didn’t work. So I just mix by hand and run my hands underwarm water every 20 seconds 😊
