Anyone Else Have Trouble Staying Asleep?

I found myself having trouble getting a good nights sleep a few years ago. Then, I tried taking a nip of booze, or a small glass of wine in the evening, and that seemed to do the trick. For the past few years, I have been drinking a small shot of flavored Vodka, about 9PM, and by about 10:30, I'm starting to "fade". Most nights, I fall asleep quickly, and the next thing I know its almost 7AM. I seldom drink any alcohol, other than my nitely sip, but that small drink is the best sleeping pill I've ever found.
