Anyone else here agree with Emily Levine about life and death?

I agree with her about life being a gift and it’s having an expiration date doesn’t have to diminish either our enjoyment of or appreciation for this gift. Enjoy!

@Stoppelmann I am so close to finishing my next message to you and at first I thought I’d include the link to this witty video but then I thought why not post it and link you here? That way I can also let you know to expect an email soon. It’s been a while.

Emily left the building in 2019. May she rest in peace.

While we are having this discussion, I would like to mention that globally, cancer deaths are increasing. I lost my sister in January to cancer and I will also add that she suffered greatly for at least her last 10 years on earth while having 0% quality of life. She couldn’t or wouldn’t even leave her home, unless it was for a doctor’s visit.

I remember reading a sign in a doctor’s office that read, “We only go through life once. This isn’t a dress rehearsal”.

This is the first time I have heard her. I fully enjoyed her spirit, and thoughtfulness. That could of been me giving the speech about accepting and living with joy, in the face death.

She was a stand up comedian for a long time. :)

She was new to me too.
