Anyone else's Iphone doing this?

My Iphone gone from showing the # that is calling when the phone rings to "Wireless Caller" showing on the screen. Its not just spam; it's people I know too! Aggravating!
This happening to anyone else?

Yes, My phone changes all the time. I took it to Verizon and asked they take that off. I would like be in charge of accepting or refusing calls.
It worked like that for a few weeks. My I phone is a foreign entity!

According to Apple Support, it's a Call Filter problem, to fix:

"Go to Settings > Phone. Tap Call Blocking & Identification. Under Allow These Apps To Block Calls And Provide Caller ID, turn the app off."

As to why this sometimes suddenly starts happening, no one seems to know.
