Anyone ever take any of those legal testosterone supplements ?

Did they work ?

I am looking for more energy which had till about 2 years ago just a greater " kick " and only that .

I've seen warnings and inconsistencies in medical literature about testosterone supplements, so I wouldn't take them. I've had good enough results boosting mental alertness and energy with occasional use of caffeine tablets.

Talk to your PCP!
I had blood drawn recently and should know imagine in a week but I will say this doctors always warn against raising test levels so going to do it regardless of what he says and there are clinics here which specialize in this but might try some online supplements for it first , however hard to find anyone my age group which has tried it . .

You do realize that you're in your 70s. Make a list of all the sports' MVPs, who are in their 70s and still playing. Ageism is rather slow.with incremental stages. If this change in you was rapid, or extremely noticeable that may indicate a medical problem, then it's see your Doc time. I've had a couple of friends take those supplements, and they all stopped. Apparently the hype never matched the results. I think they would have mentioned something about the "she'll like it, too" thing.

You're in a very good shape. Looking at your pic I'd say you don't need testosterone or legal testosterone supplements at all.
Why thank you I do look pretty good don't I for 73 and all .

lol I'm kidding that is not me it was like a joke pic but I'm the first to realize the internet can cause confusion but again that is not me .

Those pills won't help you with that look you're going for, even if you were 20. Eat foods with protein and do e-x-e-r-c-i-z-e.
No the pic was a goof but yes I forget posting things and people reading my mind are bit different I am just interested in more energy , drive .

Actually I did know that the muscle guy photo was posted tongue in cheek. But, for energy and drive- exercise and more protein in the diet will help.
Case in point: I woke up earlier than I like, got up at 3am. Went back to bed at 5, actually slept a bit, but woke up feeling lethargic, and not wanting to do anything. But, my wife was going to the gym for our senior's Active Aging class, so I dragged myself there. Glad I did, the physical activity greatly lifted my mental outlook and energy level.

Have you spoken with your doctor about getting prescription supplements?
No because a new Doctor and not sure if going to stay there but yes waiting on blood results and all kidding aside my

testosterone seems so low and I know myself that I almost passed out when he took blood I looked the other way and few seconds more and I was going to hit that floor .

Even-though there are many supplements that are worth taking, there are so many many more that are utter garbage and waste of money.

I got into supplements due to arthritis in my right hip and though not cured do not think you can cure arthritis the supplements made such a difference I stopped taking any pain killer so after that began to look at more for other things but yes some are trash .

Well, I would do some research and ask the doctor rather than buy TV ad supplements as others said. My DH was feeling down, weak, no energy, etc. Doc tested him and yep, low on the T. Doc prescribed him a gel that helps a lot.
