Anyone familiar with this type of tree?

It’s roots seem to be following the grout or cement lines of the tiles. Weird....

I don't know what it's called Pappy. but apparently the tree is located at the Happy Valley Horse Racing Arena in Hong Kong and has grown in the same direction as the brick pattern.
