Anyone know Sioux Falls SD?

Looking to book a hotel next week while driving through. Is there a bad part of town to avoid? Would like to stop on the North side so early morning I can continue North. Hotel maps look like everything is barren North of the city.

Ended up getting a hotel through priceline just off 29 on the Southside. Hopefully there is still some daylight when I arrive and I can get a look at the falls. I'll have more time on my return trip from North Dakota.
