For some years this has been an increasing trend. Seems common in some cultures. Personally I can see huge benefit in this. Any thoughts?
what exactly is it , and how does it work ?For some years this has been an increasing trend. Seems common in some cultures. Personally I can see huge benefit in this. Any thoughts?
oh ok...yes i heard alot about this when covid startedIt is a situation where perhaps you live with your adult children, or parents…or grandparents.
I can understand that.My parents lived with my dad's parents until I was two. It was hard on my mom.
That seems to be a theme in my family. I lived at home with Mom & Dad until I married & my one brother lived with Grandma (next door neighbor) until he married. We both saved our money so when we did have our own places we could afford it. Hubby did the same.
No one went deep into debt after they married. All of our kids have done the same by staying at home while working and/or going to college. My SIL moved back in with her Mom-in-law after her divorce. It worked well for both of them.
I don't see any reason why generations shouldn't help one another especially the way the world is today.
