Easy peasy Nicka neasy...
That omelette looks lovely and I have all the ingredients. I am going to try that out tomorrow. Is that greaseproof paper in the air fryer?Easy peasy Nicka neasy...
yes looks like it to me.. I always use greaseproof paper as well, if I'm not using the silicone bowlsThat omelette looks lovely and I have all the ingredients. I am going to try that out tomorrow. Is that greaseproof paper in the air fryer?
Good idea. I have some silicon bowls but hadn't thought of greaseproof paper.yes looks like it to me.. I always use greaseproof paper as well, if I'm not using the silicone bowls![]()
well no you can make a cheese/tomato and Spinach omelette anywhere.. but in the air fryer you can just walk away from it and let it do it's thingDo I need an air fryer??
yes they do take up a bit of space on the countertop, altho' if you get a small one as I have it's not so bad.. also many people put them in a cupboard when they're not using them, I keep mine on the counter because I don't have any cupboard space, and tbh if it was in a cupboard I wouldn't use it so muchI see so many good recipes but I just don't have the room at this point.
Thanks for posting this @hollydolly I did plan to try it over the weekend but not been home much so, definitely on the menu for during the weekI made this today using just parchment paper. It turned out well and was delicious... I only used 3 eggs instead of the bunch of eggs used in this video, but otherwise I used all the same ingredients.. . However it did stick to the parchment paper a lot so perhaps I need to use more oil next time..but I don't use a lot of oil in cooking so I only sprayed the parchment paper with oil.. so obviously it needs more.. and also I'd use less Paper..
I cooked it for just 8 minutes instead of the 12 in the video, and it was perfectly done..
Oops forgot the picture lol

I have a small air fryer, mainly because when I bought it, I didn't think I would use it as much as I do. You can cook enough for two in it.yes they do take up a bit of space on the countertop, altho' if you get a small one as I have it's not so bad.. also many people put them in a cuoboard when they're not using them, I keep mine on the counter because I don't have any cupboard space, and tbh if it was in a cupboard I wouldn't use it so much

No worries, I was teasing.sorry missed out the R..corrected that ... yes mine is a 3.5 litre.. it's plenty enough for one person and certainly enough for 2 . I can get 4 good size chicken drumsticks in there without crowding it .. and last night for example I put in a layer of Calamari, next to a layer of Battered potato fritters, and there was no overcrowding
that's so funny.. because same, same... I equally have never been a chip fan.. I always say it's a waste of money me buying chips from a chip shop, cuz I might eat 3 and then the rest gets tossed.. but in the AF.. and I promise you I don't usually have chips in the house for the aforesaid reason.. but since getting the AF I wanted to try all sorts of things in it.. and of course one was chips.. I bought McCain.. crispy French fries.. and I thought , oooh these are nice..lol... so now I've had about 3 lots of chips in the last 6 months.. when I wouldn't usually have that amount in 5 years...No worries, I was teasing.
Yes, same size. My only gripe is that the chips are too nice. I have never been a chip fan but, they are hard to resist!![]()

Looks like parchment paper to me. Thanks for posting this, the way I've been making omelets is to break the yolk mix all the ingredients before frying so I get a uniform blend. Is that greaseproof paper in the air fryer?
Thanks @Knight. @hollydolly posted the recipe. Looks good doesn't itLooks like parchment paper to me. Thanks for posting this, the way I've been making omelets is to break the yolk mix all the ingredients before frying so I get a uniform blend.
Do you have a wooden stirring stick? Those come in handy for making unruly kitchen appliances do what you want them to do.I'm actually afraid of my new Air Fryer.
It's big and bulky and looks complicated. It sits on the kitchen counter near the fridge and I walk buy it gingerly without making much eye contact. One day I'll muster up the nerve to use it.
