Without a doubt this is one of the most heartwarming books I have read, I laugh, I have tears in my eye, and in some ways I see myself.

The book was originally written in Swedish and then translated into English so the rest of the world could enjoy it.

Briefly, Ove wants to die, he has well thought out plans for suicide but life gets in the way and will not allow it. Life in the form of interfering neighbors, and a mongrel cat.

I am only halfway through and looking forward to the rest of Ove's story.

I loved it, and it is very heart warming.

I like that one and also "My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She is Sorry."

I hated "Beartown."
No, I disliked Beartown and the ones that followed. I just read his latest, Anxious People and loathed it.
