Thanks for your ideas and what will help. I wish you much good luck with your surgery and recovery . I have also been thinking of a recliner but don't know how they'd get it in here. I'd have to put some furniture outside first and don't have anyone to help me do that yet but am looking into that. Best wishes for you to be doing much better and I will get on top of it ASAP doing that too! ASAP

Traditional recliners do tend to be so big and bulky, and of course, those are the most comfortable too. Definitely go to the store and try it out before you buy. I would never buy a sofa or recliner from Wayfair, for example. I want to go to the store, sit down and see what it's like because some say in ads that they have great back support but they don't. Some say they recline easily, but they don't.
