Anyone use the Virtual Care?

I have United and get calls about using them all the time. I did one when in Virginia and
basically it was just as the nurse does when you visit the office. I was well so no need for
prescriptions or that type thing. So can't help you there.
Honestly my take on it was she was there to see my living conditions, if I was mobile and/or
suffering from depression. I haven't done another one since due to my pets getting hyper
over a stranger in the house.
If you speak with them you could ask them but I bet they refer it back to your Doctor if you
need anything.

The VA does something similar. I can choose to have some of my appointments online and definitely get my medication faster if I'm running out. I believe they do more but I didn't dig very far into it.

I have used the virtual care thru my past insurance.
It was simple and providers are ones licensed in your state.
They can write prescriptions and would be easy for them to refill a RX.
I feel these are good for follow up visits or simple things
it is hard to diagnose a new issue without actual access to patient.
