It was very warm here too today. It's still too warm in here. I'm going to take the plastic off the AC unit but not just yet.

How did your lunch go with your gal pals? @Trish ? That sounds like a great place to have lunch!
 
It's nearly midnight. I just took all the plastic and had to pull that gorilla tape off the AC unit in the wall. That stuff is strong! Finally got it all off and now I have turned on the AC and it's getting much cooler in here! It was almost 78 degrees F in my living room and now it's 75.

I'm also burning some incense called Dragon's Blood. It smells pretty good.

Today I printed out a few pictures of my Suzy. I don't know why but my printer 🖨️ wouldn't print any more pictures. The ones I printed look good! I'll try the printer again tomorrow.

I'm thinking of making some chili over night. I wanted to get my apartment cooler before I start cooking 🔪.

I got several hours of sleep this evening. Gotta get it when I can or I'll turn into a zombie 😆

I wish everyone a good evening and weekend 💟

Air is set at 75 here tonight too in the St. Louis area. Very warm and stormy afternoon.
Straight line winds 75+ MPH + small Hail, but tornado warnings repeatedly. Tree leaves stuck on the
Tail gate of Turbos, which I parked in a parking lot Tail gate towards the wind. 10 minutes of worry!

It's Friday night, everything is good again! The worry thing is one can't live forever when the weather is in control. Lol
St. Louis area, Illinois side is an attractor of Tornados for sure. Smoking hot river valley about 450' above sea level.

I'm glad things are better again. I am a worrier too at times. We get some tornadoes here in Ohio too and last year about 10 of them came through here. I didn't know it till the next day. I hope you don't get any tornadoes there .

We are too late in the season to do strawberries. So far we have summer squash towards the bottom and green beans about 1/2 way up.
Per all the videos and comments, we put in seedlings with roots. Not sure if a seed would take off in there? :unsure:
Sun with a half day shade cloth. We can move if it needs be.
First year! lol

Summer squash and green beans sound great!
Something did mention seeds... it said to look at the packets to see the right depth, and push the seeds in, that far.
I would guess something like zucchini seeds would do well. They germinate quickly too.
Or a few marigold between your veggies?😀

Sun withh half day shade cloth sounds good too. That way, you ou won't need to water it constantly.

It sounds like my eyes are playing tricks on me. If I'm reading this correctly, you are telling me to serve cake. You don't want me serving anything that I've cooked or anyone else. Because, I haven't cooked a cake in so many years, it would be a joke now just to look at it and a nightmare to eat it. If someone else has made it, you would be lucky if there were any left because I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!!! 😇
