I've always thought there was a real franchise opportunity in the making, drive thru lobotomy and piercings. Come to think of it, I do have a couple of old air nailers I could use

Me too. I always think of Rosemary Kennedy and what a disaster that was. She was so pretty before and her eyes sparkled with life & curiosity.

A lobotomy or leucotomy is a form of neurosurgical treatment for psychiatric disorder or neurological disorder that involves severing connections in the brain's prefrontal cortex. Couldn't be simpler, a piece of cake really. No problem.
