Anything unusual happen after your spouse or loved one passed away?

I don't usually get into that hullaballoo, but I had a strange experience. While on my honeymoon, my husband bought me some perfume as a wedding gift. He gave it to me at the Inn we stayed at on our honeymoon. When we got ready to leave, the perfume was nowhere to be found. My husband was upset with me because it was a gift. He rarely got upset with me, but it was several months before he let the issue die down. Fast forward...after my husband passed away, I was going through his personal items. I never went through his personal belongings until then. When I
opened his travel bag from our honeymoon (evidently, he never unpacked it) there was the perfume he was so upset about. I thought that was weird like maybe he was letting me know he was still around or at least I'd like to think that.

Well, I am into that "hullaballoo"...have been since I was young. Therefore, what seems strange or paranormal to others is just normal for me. Anyway, it could be that he put it away, maybe absent mindedly or maybe thinking it was something else and forgot he did it.

To answer your question, not long after my cousin Ronnie, who was like a brother to me, drowned something strange happened. I was laying in bed on my side. Suddenly I felt three distinct pokes in my back, very deliberate. I looked around expecting to find that my little boy was playing with me. But he hadn't been feeling well and was still in bed asleep. Just the two of us lived in the apartment at the time. I took it as a sign that Ronnie had let me know he was still around.

Yes, I have, My late DH died in 1991, 1998 I moved to Illinois and eventually came back to here in 2023.
Moved into a Senior Community with a lake down the street about 7 homes away.
Standing on my back porch one morning I thought of Bullfrogs and realized how long it had been since I heard one,
I was doubting being this far from the lake I would hear one all the way to my home.

A few seconds later I hear this "rrrrraghhrgh' sound 3 times clear as could be. Bullfrog! or was it him as he could imitate
them perfectly. I have been here over 2 years now and only hear them when I am on lake or lakeside. I like to believe it was
him Welcoming me back home.

on occasion when something bad is about to happen or when i'm extremely sad and in need of comfort, my grandmother visits me. she died when i was 13. i know she's there because i can smell her rose milk lotion.

the day i miscarried my baby, i was driving down the highway with the windows open and all i could smell was her lotion and nothing else. later that night i had lost my baby.

other occasions when i was in need of comfort i would suddenly smell her lotion and it would feel like someone was sitting on the edge of the bed near me. i didn't question it. i figured if she was there i must of needed it.
