The only crime he "technically" committed was probably trespassing, which of course, according to the Three Musketeers, it was a chopping block offense??

When my daughter and son in law were building their house we toured it, and several neighboring homes under construction, routinely.

Ron and I have stopped more than once to walk through a home under comatrix took to get ideas for the renovations in our own home.

Guess we really dodged a bullet huh??? šŸ˜’
 
I wonder if there was a sign that said something like "Open house/Model home" or such as some builders would advertise their work on site?

And it worked for that guy in Florida, I don't remember the name, but he got away with murdering some teenage boy.

You're probably referring to George Zimmerman killing Trayvon Martin.
You are unfamiliar with the details. Zimmerman did not "Get away with murder."
Zimmerman was foolish for confronting Martin. But Martin was even more foolish for assaulting Zimmerman. The younger, stronger Martin was on top of Zimmerman & pounding his head into the pavement, which gave Zimmerman the right to self defense. That is why Zimmerman was acquitted & the killing was ruled "Justifiable Homicide."
