The scientific name of skin tags stung me, as did two others.

I got some wrong. My skin tags are around my neck and they do itch sometimes. When they become larger and easily irritated, I cut them off with scissors. Won't recommend this to anyone else because they do bleed and there is always a chance of infection.

I've used apple cider vinegar to remove some tags but others just won't be removed. So itchy and annoying. Maybe some day there will be a medicine that wipes them away easily.

My neighbor had success with dabbing them with with tea tree oil 3x a day. After a couple of weeks, they dried up. and sloughed off.

DinHand is a mechanical method product if you can easily reach them with both hands. I use Clove Oil when I get one. Apply a couple times a day and they start to die on day two or three.
