Why You Might Want To Start Eating Eggshells

Hard boiled eggs sliced, spread onto toasted cracked wheat sourdough bread. Reheated 30 seconds, heap my homemade salsa, that has plenty of jalapenos sliced. Oh yeah!

Speaking of eggs...I paid $1.98 for a dozen eggs today.
I bought 2 dozen.

I've had two boiled eggs soaking in a jar of pickled beet juice for a couple of days. I had them for a snack this afternoon. YummEE!

Don't get me wrong, I love eggs anyway, any dish but my favorite way is fixing eggs to hide the dogs heartworm, flea, tick medication. They can tell what is coming when I go in the kitchen and take out their plates.

They have their everyday food bowls but when they see the plates, oh my lord.
I get out the skillet. I get out the eggs. I get the bowl for scrambling. They are nuts. I crush the meds on each plate. All three take a differnet pill by weight.

Once the eggs are done I split them between the three plates. Oh my gosh, the world is ending while they wait for the eggs to cool. Plates go on the floor in my galley kitchen. I can set them apart for each dog, I stand there to make sure everyone eats all their plate.
