Are you a plant person?

I like Heartleaf Philodendron. The first one is one that I coaxed along over about a seven-year period. It mysteriously collapsed, as I remember not too long after I took this shot of it.

A while back, I acquired another one that I'm carefully nurturing these days. The picture of it illustrates what the former one looked like in the beginning. This one is doing pretty well, having lengthened a few vines and sprouting new leaves frequently these days.

I use to toss poinsettia plants after the holidays. But one year I just kept one growing in the house. It makes the nicest house plant, shaped well, with green leaves growing on red stems. I don’t make any effort to get it to bloom again.

Same here except on the front porch instead of in the house. They’re thriving.
Speaking of, here’s one of them…she smiles at me every time i walk by.😉

Nope, hubby is.... lots of plants on the balcony and some in the condo. I would probably never buy a plant on my own, not interested. Lovely to look at though, flowers, plants, etc. I would be a cat lady if I had enough money to take care of more than one kitty.
