It varies. Some days the things that annoy me might strike me as amusing on others. Sense of humor is the best antidote if I can get there.

Waiting for someone to finish a job. I want to chew on a thick piece of leather.
Calling & getting recordings - "Press 1 for....Press 2 for....." Or, answering my phone & getting a stupid recording that says, "Please hold on;
someone will be with you shortly." (when that happens, I'll hang on, then when someone comes on the line, I'll say, "Please hold on until I feel like talking to you.")
Bumper-to-bumper traffic.
Political ads - ANY
Any attempt to rip me off or overcharge. (especially utility companies)
Things that don't work.
Exaggerated claims to sell a product.

Highly frustrated at having to wait a month to get an appointment to see my GP ( family doctor)..due to the long waiting lists... and then only a 10 minute allotted slot !!

I can't stand stupid.
I don't really care if people agree with me as long as I can get my point across.
I suppose the frustration is really with my inability to communicate in a way that people can understand.

I have to wait 3-4 mos to see my gp and for a short time only too about 10 or 15 min I think.

Really? I can usually get an appointment same or next day.
Good for you. Mine is highly in demand.

I can get to see one ( not my usual GP or at my usual practice of whom I've paid for all my working life )... but I can get to see a GP if I pay out of pocket at a private practice..around £150 ...

I can get in to see another doctor if urgent though but not my gp.WOW! That’s a long time.

Oh ok. So your wait is more due to preference. This man/woman is worth the wait. Well that’s a bit different.

I'm having the worst time of it these days. Mostly with the man...He's making me drive nuts ......
The ones you get when urgent are not in demand.
Yes but it doesn't make it less frustrating. Actually he's not worth the wait, that's too damn long to wait for anyone!

Not anymore.… I worked hard, my husband worked hard, and we keep mostly to ourselves except for our family...They will be
always with us till then.....We had many friends in the day, many fun times....Friends are getting old....We don't see them as when we were younger....

Yeah sorry Ruthanne. That was a duh moment on my part, otherwise why would you include it in a thread about frustration.Yes but it doesn't make it less frustrating. Actually he's not worth the wait, that's too damn long to wait for anyone!
