Are you happy you were born before computers were invented?

Yes, I am happier with computers, even with the glitches and updates. :ROFLMAO:
It makes my life a lot easier, just like the snowblower and the washing machine that was invented yrs ago.

The computer is just a machine, which might go into existence with the advance technology of cell phones.
It is the individual choice of what one wants to do with it, and how much time to spend on it.

I am glad I got to experience life without it as well.
I would not know the good that computers provide, if I didn't get the chance to experience life without it.

There are pluses and minuses to the digital age. To the young the computer is essential but we know it's not, so we can just take from of it what little we need. If you still worked you might be required to know a lot more.

In today’s world, technology has become an integral part of everyday life by making things easier and more efficient. But it has also become something of an addiction. The convenience of technology is a big factor in why we have become so addicted. There is an app for basically everything. With just a few clicks, we can access information, send messages to loved ones and purchase items with applications such as Facebook, Snapchat and Amazon.

Society seems to have become so consumed with phones, tablets and computers that people seem to forget to engage in real-life conversations and activities. There are those who've become so consumed with technology that they block out the world around them. It sometimes seems that people become so dependent on technology they forget how to do everyday tasks without it. This causes them to miss out on important things such as human interactions, the beauty of nature and life overall.

Social media rather than computers, seem to have turned into a treadmill of misinformation and advertising. To ask the question: "How was life better before technology?" My answer, being someone who knew life before, computers, the internet and social media would be:

Life was more interesting. Relationships were more intense. Sex and nudity were a genuine surprise. Travelling to new places were often chaotic, but that just added to the fun of the journey. Newspapers were better, journalists were far more responsible. Writing, as in handwriting, was more special. Mail and phone calls were something to look forward to and music was way better and more real and far more popular.

As a Kid I had subscriptions to Mechanic's Illustrated, Audubon Society & National Geographic.
A good Dictionary, Encyclopedias & several great libraries. I could usually find the answer in a
few minutes. Knowing the question then the answer was pretty good.

Have you noticed all the groundbreaking - Earth shattering new knowledge about?

As Quantum Computers become the rage a Question may have a lot of answers. Wow what luck!
And one may be right! Now what Luck! Fact checking all those answers, just wow!

I can believe miss - information could well be the usual order of things. Sure, human interferences
of the order of Stuff. Then Ai to really screw stuff up! Our Co-pilot sits there quietly waiting its chance.
Of course it wants your job. That's what co-pilots do. It will hand you, dispense to you, for you and
nothing but the you! ... :coffee: ...
