Are you having problems sleeping?

For decades, I went to bed at 2 AM (I worked the 4 PM-12 shift), and got up at 8-9AM. Now, I get sleepy in the afternoon, and early evening, I can have a 2 hour nap, but then I'm up at 3 AM. And I'm finding it's hard to sleep 5 or 6 hours straight. Since I'm retired it doesn't really matter when I sleep, but I'm having trouble finding a pattern. Are you having problems sleeping?
