I've been disabled, and mostly home bound since 2001. And I've run into a problem that you'd think nobody could mess up-sleep. I usually go to bed at 11:30 PM an get up at 7-7:30 AM. That's usually. It starts by taking a little nap. At first, it's no problem. But somehow the naps get to be 4-5 hours, and then I wake up after sleeping only a few hours at night. It messes me all up. It's like my main sleep time is my nap time. I'm out of sync. I really don't feel good, then. So I have to stay awake for a long time to reset my sleep clock. That's why I'm typing this at 5:30 AM. I'm resetting my sleep times. I keep saying I won't let this happen again, but a little tiny nap feels so good-and then I'm back to not being able to sleep at night. Are you messing up sleep times, too?
