No, I've been sidelined and I'll be completely out of the game before long, not that I could do much anyway when I was able.
There’s a special on tv with Oprah on Thursday this week regarding AI that I’m really interested in. I don’t know a lot about AI. Hopefully I’ll learn something. The future generations are already embracing AI (Artificial Intelligence) so they won't have a shot at saving ....anything...
Including themselves.![]()
Thanks @Brookswood , as a 'positive' Nate I'll take this opportunity to break into the conversation.I was reacting to all the negative Nates and Nancys.
My apologies to anybody named Nate or Nancy.
They will have to live with the results of the decisions being made. I have great faith in the young people of this country and think they will make the best decisions they can with the information they have. Thanks @Brookswood , as a 'positive' Nate I'll take this opportunity to break into the conversation.. I'll continue to support efforts to save the planet, but it's really out of my hands, it's up to the younger generation to figure out which side their "bread is buttered on".
That is beautiful and profound. Let it be so.There is a book I just checked out from library:
The Book of Hope, Jane Goodall focuses on her "Four Reasons for Hope": The Amazing Human In-tellect, The Resilience of Nature, The Power of Young People, and The Indomitable Human Spirit.
I can’t save the world but I can still keep trying not to add too much to its problems.
