Are you streaming ( or binge watching ) any series on Netflix, or any other service? Tell us about it.

Just finished up season 3 of The Diplomat. It has been renewed for Season 4.

She explained why her hair doesn’t look great. My précis. She just washes it quickly while showering and then runs a comb through it. She doesn’t want the public to think she’s vain and isn’t a serious person. IMO, she could run the comb through a couple of more times. Obviously the writers heard the viewing public on this little point. Maybe they just heard me. :ROFLMAO:

Ironically her ratty hair takes away from any seriousness she's trying to evoke...:)

Season 2 of "Landman" with Billy Bob Thornton will start on Sunday, Nov. 16.
Looking forward to it with fingers crossed. BBT is superb in his portrayal of a no nonsense operations VP with a wicked sense of humor.

I just finished watching the first two episodes of Death By Lightning on Netflix and I will finish the final two episodes tomorrow. It is about the assassination of James Garfield. The show is very well done and the acting is top notch. The reviews for the show are very positive. I did check to see how accurate the show is and it appears that with the exception of a couple of minor liberties taken by the writers, the show is very accurate. I still have two episodes to go. Despite watching only two episodes so far, I do recommend the show to those who enjoy mini series about historical events. It's nice to know things were screwed up then too.

Started and stopped Back in Action (NF) with Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz.

Next was season 2 of Nobody Wants This with Kristen Bell. Not connecting with this one either.

I've been streaming the Hulu series "Murdaugh: Death in the Family" and am enjoying it. I'm on Episode 5 of 6.

I was blown away by the fact that Jason Clarke plays Alex Murdaugh—I didn't even recognize him. (I didn't recognize Gerald McRaney, either.) The transformation is amazing. I keep meaning to do a search to find details on how Clarke managed it (e.g., gaining weight, prosthetics).

This is the first I've heard of the drama TV series. Great cast.
If you haven't seen them, there are several very good documentary series about the case.

Just about the start the most recent season of, The Great British Baking Show. I've been waiting for the last episode to drop so I could watch the entire season. 🧁

Yesterday, I decided to check out DMV because I had been seeing the promo shot on Paramount+. I wound up binge watching all the available episodes (5) and am looking forward to next week's episode. It's quirky, silly and funny. I had a few LOL moments. I like the cast (none of whom I ever saw before) and the characters they play, even the ones who should be unlikable. The lead female character has a propensity for doing good deeds that go awry and wind up causing trouble, even for the very cute new guy that she has a crush on.

Cardinal on NF. Just finished season 1. It’s well done and gruesome. A little too realistic for me. There are 4 seasons in this film noir Canadian production that started in 2016.

The Last Frontier...

Quite the twist in this series. If you have a chance, check it out...Apple TV put it out...
This turned out to be a better series than I had imagined. After the first or second episode I assumed it would be just another survival in the wilderness story. But it developed into something much more. The stories went into several different ways, and turned out to be pretty enjoyable.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to watch the Ken Burns show covering the American Revolutionary War on PBS. All the episodes will be available to stream on the PBS app starting tonight (11/16). After a 4 week period , PBS plans to offer the show only to PBS Passport members.

Thanks for the heads up @MarkinPhx . I remember watching a Ken Burns documentary on Country Music, which was shown here via the BBC Network, and thoroughly enjoyed it. So, I'm hoping that the American Revolutionary War will also be on BBC in the future. I'll certainly keep an eye open for it.
