Are you Trying to Learn Something New?

Learning things new? Ha. Can't keep up with the old stuff, i.e., new toilet ( a year old) broke and hubby trying to fix it himself. Wasps in the house - can't wait until they die off.

For me: I am so busy learning how to take care of my 3 incapacitated siblings that there is not much time for anything else except how to keep my sanity in the months ahead.

I do have a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle and try to do a few pieces everyday.
 

My husband was the computer tech guy.. I only ever had to use my computer or iphone et al.. he did all the updates , all the repairs.. all new installations etc.. but now this last year since he's been gone I've had to learn all this by myself, and its an ongoing process.. ..being a non techie person I'm probably not learning as fast as I do other things.. it's a process, but I'm managing ..

Equally I've had to learn to do all the home maintenance

If you want to read current news, there's plenty in the news right now in the media. Take it with some doubt. Several months ago the news said Putin was sick and wouldn't be around long. He looks reasonably well to me and unfortunately, he is still around.

I’ll have to check those out. Thank you. I’m trying to get through Russka by Edward Rutherfurd. It’s a long book and sometimes I have to reread things to totally understand. Yes I totally agree about the media now.
