Arnica, and other natural remedies for immflamation

Before I had my shoulder replacements I used arnica oil many times on the joint. It worked well for me. Arnica oil does not provide immediate relief…so I would put it on at night before bed…in the morning the pain would be gone.

While I do turn to science when needed, but I am big on things holistic.

Sore-no-more has a cooling/drawing paste, whose primary ingredient is bentonite clay, with arnica and a few other natural oils. It is one of the best things I have ever had to draw inflammation out of my horses legs.

I have used it to the tune of about 25 pounds of bentonite clay when one of my horses had tendon issues thanks to a worthless Farrier, who to this day better not come eye-to-eye with me in the local grocery store.

I also have a cooling liniment gel that has emu oil in it. It is also for the horses, but that never made it to the barn. I use it on myself, and I cannot believe how fast it stops the pain from the arthritis in my fingers, my knees just any place. sad to say I use that stuff like most people use hand lotion, but if I want to keep moving and get my farm chores done I have to use it and I’m at the point in my life where I don’t care what it smells like lol lol
