Our current small garden is getting back to where it needs to be after two years of neglect. It is nice when folks associate me with flowers. Holly Hocks opened today

Beautiful piece. I looked at the pic, and thought it's a piece from the transitional time between Art Nouveau and Art Deco (say 1915?). But maybe it's modern.

Tried to identify the title & the artist's name via a Google-Images search, but got nowhere. What do you know about the artist & when it was made?
