Oh gosh, just now this moment ,
I see this post, wherein dear RR, had answered the question,
And the painter in question earlier in this thread,
(Of a boy asleep in a boat) wasn't Winslow Homer;
It was Joaquin Sorolla.
Well AI isn't the only one that can still make art...mr dave's art today folks.
This Thursday morning between 7:30am and 9:30am, worked 5 single frame close-up subjects at our municipal rose garden. Then completed post processing earlier this afternoon. The image above is a downsized for web version of a crop from a red and white marbled rose with the full flower at 4100 by 4100 pixels. I cropped that down to 2437 by 3179 pixels as a master crop to play with making downsized 2000 by 1533 pixel images like the below. I then rotated one copy 90 degrees counterclockwise. Then played with Image...Adjustments...Select Color...White creating the blues where some whites had been.
Then jacked saturation and repeated with a bit of magenta and then yellow. Finally added the two Europa species, blue crab eyes with the elliptical marquee tool and Edit-Fill with blue color and then repeated making the small white eye centers. Also played with over sharpening using the unsharp mask some.
