What is particularly bothersome about lists like this is that they seem static. They are not. Frequently you find similar lists with the order all mixed up. Due to new research or findings. So just because one on this list is safer than another does not mean that it is. It is, only for now. What the future holds is anyone's guess. A better way to address which sweetener is best is first to ask yourself if you need a sweetener at all. If so, maybe simply less sugar than you are used to.
I would agree. I stay away from the artificial stuff.I have an aunt who will absolutely not eat or drink anything with artificial sweetner in it. She says they're poison.
