Sorry, it's so cozy in here with the fire that I nodded off for awhile--that snow clearing wore me out plus I'm no spring chicken anymore :LOL: Sure I'd like an espresso drink--I used to get them at DD.

Absolutely. Abbi is always welcome. Chocolate and Lucca are both here. Lucca is my nephew and is certain that everyone here needs to see him. He is your best friend if you have a camera in your hands. lucca2.jpg
 

I hope everyone had a happy and safe Christmas Holiday. It was great to hear from you in our virtual Christmas holiday celebration.

Unfortunately a good friend, diagnosed with Covid and home fast, lost her mother and aunt to Covid on this same date and at the same Rehab center. SO it has been a tense day of numerous texts and emails while making an attempt to conduct our virtual Christmas celebration, I some how missed many postings while using my cell to read and respond. For some reason I can not see some posting on the cell. Very sorry, I will see if I can figure out the incompatibility of my cell. Regardless of these short comings, Merry Christmas.
 
I took another nap this evening. Woke up to Jasmine bird staring at me--the little cutie!

So sorry to hear about the loss of your friend's mother and aunt to Covid. These are such hard times for people losing family and friends to covid. Damn that disease! I look forward to the day when we don't have to fear it anymore and hopefully with the vaccines now out that will happen but it takes time to get everyone vaccinated.

Merry Christmas to you also.

AS you remember our Thanksgiving Roll Call got a little crowded so I have moved this event into a larger building that we own. View attachment 141301This is the food side. The bar toward the back is one that was made by my great grandfather, I have restored it and you can use it. I have stocked ice cold beverages in the cooler below it. AS well as some Woodford on the counter below it. On the right side you will see a soft serve Ice cream machine, it loaded and ready to go..( I was thinking of you Aneeda) There is plenty of counter space there for your use. There are several Microwaves there, as well as a Couple Hot deep wells and they will be on so as to keep the food nice and hot. ( Marg....I was hoping you might have something you just might bring...). ON the right side is a deep well an shallow well chillers. I'm hoping Holly might bring her daughter and some of those great veg trays she had at thanksgiving. There you will see two hams being cooked when you arrive. One is a standard spiral ham the other is may fathers special Christmas ham. Once you pass thru the Kitchen the walking freezer is on your right the RR on the left. I have stocked the walk-in with some of our own special Ice cream Flavors.(I was thinking of you Aneeda) Fell free to to take e what you like they are all in Pint containers. But....Don't hesitate in the walk-in. I had had many employees find that there shoes have frozen to the floor while they look and see.....We don't want that.
I will be adding all fo the furniture in the morning. My wife is helping and I hope Aunt Marg and DH will be there to Help. On the left side of the room you will see a set of french doors and a man door. That leads into the fireplace room and the setting room, There is a area in front of the Fireplace and the setting room that is set up for dancing. The setting room is isolated from the dancing area and has a pool table.More RR in the rear of that room. If you go thru the hallway that leads into the warehouse where all my toys are kept. We will busing that for over flow
So Please join us. We will be suppling the ham, Fresh made dinner rolls,Melting potatoes and the drinks.. So what will you bring? I will be posting some picture of the fireplace room shortly.

Sigh... hate to tell you, Aneeda, but our table enjoyed the last of the mince pie and ice cream, but if you open up the first cupboard on the right (next to the kitchen sink), you should find a package of digestive biscuits.

Feel free to have a digestive biscuit or two to help digest the fact that we all ate like queens and kings! LOL!

The only thing I can tell you about the ham, Aneeda, is at one point during the party, someone called out... "where is Aneeda", and no one seemed to know, then a voice at the other end of the hall hollered back... "more for us"!

And that's the way the night went. :giggle:
 
Christmas Day is a day of remembrance for me so I can not attend a party on this day. I am sure someone has hidden a plate, or three of food for me. @needshave would not forget to do that 😉. Glad everyone had a good time

So sorry, Aneeda, hate to tell you, but that guy laying on the floor that you asked about earlier... well that was, Needshave.

I was one of the guests who carried him back to his house and seen to it that he was safely tucked in for the night.

About the 2 or 3 plates of food he had reserved for you, well... all of the hard work and effort us three exerted in helping get Needshave, back to his house safely, we were all hungry when we got back, so we ate those 3 plates of leftovers that he had so kindly set aside for you. ROFLMAO!

Sorry to be a disappointment to you.

Say, Aneeda... you don't happen to have any Tums on you, do you? :giggle:

Yes, I have tums, but not giving you any, suffer my friend suffer, you ate MY HAM. Who does that? Bad enough I was stuck with a carton of left over coffee flavored ice cream that had frost crystals on it, and now I have NO HAM. Protein, I NEED protein. HAM I need ham. 😪
