At the early-voting site....

Everybody in this household received a mail in ballot, including oldest grandson who will vote for the first time.

I know my daughter and son in law are going to vote in person but I think I’ll do mail in even though I’ve read that ballots could be stolen and some have I think.

But voter fraud is possible everywhere...and with covid, I don’t feel like standing in a LONG line.

I'm signed up for mail in voting and even received the ballot, but DH & I will go to the polls (early voting polls) and vote in person. We just turn in our blank mail-in ballot (we'll write VOID across them) and get an on-site ballot from the poll worker.

With all that's going on here, we want our votes counted on November 3rd.

If we have to stand in line for a while (masked and distanced, of course) we will be doing so in solidarity with Americans whose polling places have been reduced in number as an attempt to thwart their rights to vote.

That's what I did....i turned in my mail in ballot. I had requested one in case I didn't get home to vote in person.

We got our official mail-in ballot on Saturday. Our state has been doing mail-in only for (I think) 16 years now with no problems. The lock-boxes are located at our libraries along with drive up service.

Everyone please vote early in person or by mail, so when I go to vote in person on November 3 there will be few other people. If voter fraud is possible it will happen and I want my vote to count. Our new voting machines now have a paper trail.

I don't understand your post. Are you asking others do what you won't do? If you think voting by mail is safe, why not vote by mail? If you think early in-person voting is a good idea, why aren't you planning on it?

p.s. We all want our votes to count.

I sent in my ballot via the postal carrier on last Saturday. I trust it will get to its destination. I've been using USPS for many years with no problems.

I use two different versions of my signature. One is faster and less complex, the other is more formal. I'm not 100% certain which version is on the voter rolls, which is another motivator to vote in person.
