Yep, Malibu probably headed straight to the junk yard. And yes, everyone had a chuckle looking at my car in great shape and the Malibu without a front end on a truck.
 

Malibu and its siblings aren't exactly known for longevity anyway. Comfortable, boring, disposable, and probably larger than a senior needs. Handling? No road feel, extremely underpowered for its weight. Very basic transportation. A ton of sound-deadening though. Wasn't 2024 the last model year?

This is last year for them.
Disagree I have driven them hundreds of miles and was impressed. Better than my Hyundai in all ways. But they do not survive a hurricane disaster
