If the change of season from Summer to Fall sometimes
leaves 'you' feeling low.

Try this essential oil roller recipe:
What you'll need:
10ml Roller bottle...(probably gotten at Michael's or other craft store)
3 drops of Cypress Essential oil
3 drops of Fir Essential oil
2 drops of Sandalwood Essential oil
Add all ingredients to roller bottle and
'top it off' with your favorite Carrier oil =made from seed..I.e.almond oil, coconut oil

It may cheer you up and remind you...that every season is important!

"We need the seasons.
We need the growth, the blooming, the harvesting, the light.
The darkness, the celebration, and the silence-as an endless summer
would be a desert."

I make a point to drive to one of our Provincial Parks every autumn around this time when the turning of foilage is at it's peak just so I can walk though the forest and smell/feel the metamorphosis that's taking place there.
Leaves dying & falling to the ground provide and earthy smell to the forest that only happens in autumn as it is with the visuals you see of leaves still clinging to the trees. All these leaves will soon be on the ground and will decompose prior to next sping and the nutrients they produce, along with srping rains, will feed the very trees they fell from as they awake from their winter slumber in April/May next year.

Mother nature's grand plan of self preservation of the forests. It's a magical time of year as is spring when the rebirth of new leaves begins once again.
