I give the pilots a lot of credit that fly (cargo) freight. When they started flying big loads of shipments of freight that were stored or pallets, there were times when the Loadmaster wouldn’t have the freight properly balanced or the load was not properly secured. There were a lot of accidents back in the early days flying freight. You had to be a brave soul as a pilot taking a fully loaded 747 of freight across the ocean.

I have seen some really bad accidents on YouTube. Being the Loadmaster and Gate Agent carries a lot of responsibility.
