The problem is NOT the Democrats... The problem is the Teaparty... THere are 52 hard Right Congressmen that are litterally controlling Congress because Boehner is afraid if he upsets them he will lose his Speakership. Boehner should realize that the good of our Country is more important than keeping his job.. He needs to pass the full clean funding bill this week.. Of course he will need the Democrats to do it... BUT.. Isn't that how government is supposed to work? BOTH sides vote on things? How did it change to there must be a majority made up of only Republicans to pass any legislation.. THIS is not showing the counrty that the GOP knows how to govern.. and they will pay dearly for this in 2016
