BACON, also bacon.................

I was at Trader Joe's today and picked up a jar of this, mainly for my grandson but I'm also hoping to enjoy a bit of it. Has anyone tasted this? How did you eat it, on toast or anything else? Did you like it?

Bacon is my favorite meat. I might even put it on my Rocky Road ice cream.

The label says "uncured" so I'm thinking it wouldn't stay fresh very long. I was thinking- maybe on scrambled eggs or even mashed potatoes?

Thinking of crackers, too and remembering that Bacon-Horseradish dip we used to get. Was that dip cream cheese or sour cream based?
