Banana Ketchup Anyone?

Last night watching the final episode of Master Chef a Burmese woman had a side of banana ketchup on her plate entry. The chefs raved about it. I looked it up and was surprised to see many varieties of it available. I also found a recipe but it had too any ingredients. It seems to b a sweet tasting sauce but I already have several bottle of sweet chili sauce.

Never heard of banana ketchup, but here's a sauce recipe from 1860 that has mushroom ketchup as an ingredient!

I've had it. It wasn't that I didn't like it, but that the word "ketchup" means, to me, tomato ketchup.
