Beautiful Skin

Ok, not just beautiful, but healthy.

Other than washing I have mostly ignored facial and other products.

What "really" works, and something I can start doing every day.

Home remedies would be a plus ... cheaper.

Eating right is a good start. Lots of leafy greens, fresh fruits and veggies too. Vitamin K will help keep your skin clear. But, honestly good diet and regular exercise help me the most. šŸ¤— Good luck.

Let me tell you all, I have the most beautiful skin, it's underneath all the warts, stubble, wrinkles and flaky stuff, but you need to look very closely to find it, putting on your reading spectacles helps. 😊

I don't wash my face with water. I use Kirkland facial towelettes that don't dry the skin like our hard water. Sometimes I remember to put lotion or Shea Moisture hair oil on my face and neck...sometimes I don't. I am 77 years old and do not have wrinkles, except on my forehead like a lot of other folks who are younger than me. I have started taking biotin 1,000 which is good for skin, hair and nails. I do not wear makeup. I think my skin would be more beautiful if my pores were a little tighter. But being a Black woman, the melanin in my skin helps me look younger than my years. I have been mistaken for my son's GF and wife on a few occasions.
