Funny you mention them. I used one of their mattresses for 10 years and was always happy with it. It started looking very raggedy and sunk in so went and bought a new one, they had a record of what model I had so I bought the exact same mattress. I hated it, very uncomfortable, didn't belive it was the same as I had. They don't refund your money but give credit toward another mattress, I spent another $300 and got another mattress, I hated that one as well, been a guest mattress ever since.

I forgot to put the name --Original Mattress Factory. I don't know if that's the exact one you went to but it was the best mattress I ever had.

I think I finally found a perfect mattress! Got this Sealy hybrid mattress (medium) along with a blue topper. There is good support yet it is quite soft. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but was worth it. Had it for 3 months now.
