Belated St. Patty’s Day meal.

Corned beef and cabbage, with Irish soda bread. A few days late, but who cares, right? It tastes the same no matter when it’s served!!

@Ronni that looks so good. I saved some meat for Ruben sandwiches, I squirreled it away before I put the platter on the table or it all would have been eaten. lol

@Ruth n Jersey I should have done that! It wasn’t a large roast, impossible to cut thinly because it was falling apart, and I had wanted to make Reubens in the next couple days, like you. But I’m not even sure if there’s going to be enough meat left over to do that!
