I would jump on that ASAP.

Also, money market fund rates are starting to drop. They had a good run, hanging In there at 5% or so while longer term CDs were dropping. But, the party is shutting down, the music is stopping, and the booze is down to its last jug of rot-gut. Grab anything at 4% or more that you can, as soon as you can. That’s my advice.
