Best cheese for pizza ?

I have been testing using various cheeses on my home-made pizza.
It is not as simple as it sounds.

The best cheeses for pizza are not on your "missing link" ( which I am providing below) anyway. they are:

mozzarella, stracchino, fontina and gorgonzola

Currently I am playing around with percentages of LOW MOISTURE mozzarella, provolone and gruyere.
It is not at all an easy thing to find the right kind of cheese. Oh, yes, to be certain, mozzarella can be found in almost any super market. BUT , is it a great tasting brand ?
Provolone and gruyere are next to impossible to get around the San Diego area. I had to go to 5 or 6 stores before I finally located them. So frustrating.

Good ole mozzarella. But I used a particular brand of Queso on my homemade pizza a few times and it was so good.
