Best condiment to put on a roast beef sandwich

By the time I get around to eating a roast beef sandwich, the meat has developed its own tang. ;)
Well, that's why freezers and microwaves are so popular. Keep the RB in the freezer till you're ready, then pop it in the micro for a bit to heat it, and you are good to go.

Well, if it's fresh (not refrigerated for a week), I don't use anything
I don't like anything but a bit of salt on my steaks and roasts
For me, condiments are something to use with poorly prepared meats
Usually, a roast beef sandwich comes into play after days in the fridge
Mayo gives it some moisture
Not counting out horse radish

I can't remember ever eating a roast beef sandwich. We never buy anything like that because the lady is gluten intolerant. The gluten free bread that we buy is akin to blotting paper, so I never bother with sandwiches. On the other hand though, when we have a roast beef meal a spoonful of horseradish does hit the spot.
