I found this channel that is very relaxing. It plays lofi music. It helps calm the mind and has enough rhythm and progressions to help the mind stay alert also. You might want to give it a listen. I have listened to the first one "Lofi Girl". It is really nice. I have tried the others, maybe they are even better.
