Hey folks hope all are reasonably doing well today!! I am happy to say
that I am feeling MUCH better after a troubling sleep!!! all the aches and sore spots are behaving today!!! It is all sunny and 76F deg going to 76 today!!!
I purposely made myself slow down yeaterday, and I believe that and
pain patches and heat made the difference....BTW try putting one of
patches on your back all by yourself!!!!!! Not fun....do not have any plans
that are set in concrete so far, we will see what shakes out..... :love: :p:cool::coffee::devilish:
