Bibi invites Jews to move to Israel. If you were a Jew would you?

If I were a European Jew I would certainly consider it as the threat is more serious there than it is in the US. Of course, for all Jews there are many considerations such as family, employment, etc. Also, Israel is also under constant threat, but at least I would feel accepted by my fellow citizens...

I was just reading this report in our Papers this morning about antiSemitism that's apparently happening in Paris..

read here..

I have to say, here in London there's a huge Jewish community, and I have never seen any kind of anti Semitism behaviour meted out towards them and I would be appalled if there were.. I just don't get it and never have understood it..

I don't understand it either, Holly.

I would not move to Israel if I were Jewish and I don't think they should be encouraged to run away to Israel. Then the terrorists win. They should be allowed to live where they choose.

I don't understand why any Jew would want to move to a place where there is a constant threat of war from ALL its neighbors for the last hundred years.

Are you suggesting Jews are not accepted here?

I agree. I did hear some Jewish people on the radio talking about this, and saying that they have always felt safe here, they were very scornful of moving to Israel for safety reasons [is it very safe there anyway? Not near the border.]
