Big Times, I Am Getting a Haircut on Monday

Monday will be exciting "Big Times" for me. My wife has arranged for the woman who cuts her hair to come to our house and trim both of us.

This lady is extremely cautious:
- The haircuts will be done outside on the front porch (10AM)
- A fan will be blowing the whole time
- No touching
- Everyone wears a mask
- We will shower and wash our hair before she gets here

This works for me and you cannot be too careful. It doesn't take much to get me excited these days
 

That's great you and your wife will get home delivered haircuts! I wish there were more people like that who would do that service as I really need one, too. Sounds like you all will be really safe doing this. I know it always feels so good to get a fresh haircut and a new look.
 
Isn't it amazing how goods and services like toilet paper and haircuts, once taken for granted and readily available, have become sought after by many in these times of the new normal?
 
So glad you figured out a way!

I finally went and got mine cut too. My gal dragged all her equipment to the patio area connected to her small salon. Only one customer at a time, wait in the car should there be any overlap. Asking customers to wash their own hair. We were both masked, she was gloved, and I watched her sanitize everything after her previous customer before I sat down.

People are getting VERY creative in order to offer their services/stay in business.

Sounds good, Pecos .......as long as you don't shower on the front porch!;)

New reason for being bald by choice. My wife's stylist is using precautions so she is comfortable with her.
 
I'm hoping my local salon will open up soon. I need a trim and I miss Matt.

My husband has never had long hair in his life and now at 75 he said he's never going to get it cut again. So far his pony tail is about an inch and a half long. I'm anxious to see if he continues on with this.
