Cool. Iāve never seen a road runner before.
Roadrunners are fast and good hunters, they kill and eat rattlesnakes!Cool. Iāve never seen a road runner before.
Do they run fast?
No worries. I looked it up myself.
Roadrunners can run at speeds of
20 to 26 mph (32ā42 km/h), making them the fastest running birds capable of flight. These desert-dwelling birds prefer sprinting over flying to catch preyāsuch as lizards and rattlesnakesāand can easily outrun a human, though they are slower than coyotes
Thatās really fast.![]()

PP, I have a Roadrunner that hangs around my house...I love to watch him, he runs through the back yard to get to a pond on the other side, sometimes he'll run through the patio and stop to check things out, they seem to be very curious. I can never get a picture.....too fast.Cool. Iāve never seen a road runner before.
